As a graduating senior the job search is a stressful and exciting time. I found a wonderful tool for evaluating companies. Glassdoor.com allows employees and former interviewers to post salaries and interview questions anonymously. This allowed me to view a relatively unbiased perspective of the company.
After sitting through class after class about how the job style and employee I knew that I wanted my company culture to match mine. That is one of the main reasons that I accepted the position that I did with Brooksource.
If you are a college senior who really wants the inside scoop on a company I encourage you to check out Glassdoor.com

Hitting the Hay in Poor Taste
Social media is tricky. UK supermarket company Tesco decided to tweet goodnight by tweeting "It's sleepy time we are off to hit the Hay"
This would seem in no way controversial, but in light of an investigation of Tesco's beef products and their composition revealed that they contained horse DNA. The company responded well to these findings by pulling all of the products made in the same factories as the contaminated items and apologized to the public. This accidental tweet just goes to show how companies need to be fully aware of their environment as to not offend any potential consumers.
In response to the tweet which seemed like an honest mistake the Tesco immediately apologized. I for one have been very satisfied with the company's handle on the situation.
